Teriyaki Grill Sauce is used as a finishing glaze at our restaurant. With your proteins cooked as you desire, simply pour the Teriyaki Sauce into a hot pan or on a grill. Cook the sauce until it's reduced and thickened, then add your protein, stir and coat with the sauce. Pour off the remaining sauce over rice or the finished dish. That was simple! You can marinate your proteins prior to cooking too, just be careful when you BBQ not to burn the sauce on the grill.
Teriyaki can be used as a dipping sauce with anything you desire as well. You can coat your ham, you can mix it into your hamburger meat prior to BBQ for a great Teriyaki Burger! Available in a Gluten Free version too.
